Every morning at the track we would huddle at the dispatch trailer drinking old coffee and eating pasteries until the fans started arriving.

- I am a Chef de Cuisine preparing "cook-to-order" meals for our Veterans while they reside in my hospital. My kitchen is not your typical hospital food kitchen. We cook from scratch and offer an incredible variety of choices to our patients. This is how it should be.
